Order Cancellations & Modifications
* Orders can be modified or canceled at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup time.
* Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event may not be eligible for a full refund, as ingredients and preparation may have already commenced.
Refunds & Replacements
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If there is an issue, please contact us immediately at info@rssandwiches.com.au so we can resolve it.
We may offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:
* Incorrect order: If you receive the wrong items, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
* Damaged or unsatisfactory items: If your order arrives damaged or does not meet our quality standards, please notify us within 2 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we will assess a refund or replacement.
Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Items
Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on any food products once delivered or picked up. This includes:
* Perishable items such as sandwiches, salads, and other catered meals.
* Custom or special orders tailored to your event.
Late or Missing Refunds
If a refund has been approved but not received within 10 business days, please check with your bank or credit card provider. If the issue persists, contact us at info@rssandwiches.com.au.
